Reclamation or exchange of goods
Any complaints or exchanges of goods will be handled in accordance with the legal system in force in the Czech Republic.
Goods can be complained about or requested to be exchanged after sending them to the address:

Send the goods with a copy of the purchase receipt, a description of the defect and your contact phone number. It is necessary to send the goods in the condition in which you bought them, that means, for example, with the reel - including a spare spool and without fishing line (if it was not part of the purchased goods). Otherwise, you risk losing or damaging the fishing line.Do not send goods on delivery under any circumstances!!
